PLAY TERMS
Last updated July 20, 2026. These terms describe the current free product and the conditions required before paid play can open.
Free play today
The current games are free. Wallet connection is optional. A completed round does not create a claim to tokens, cash, staking rewards, or future access.
Paid play
Paid games are not live. Before a paid match can be confirmed, the interface will show the stake, fee, maximum loss, covered payout, settlement asset, and whether the agent may use prior rounds. The displayed match terms lock when the transaction is confirmed.
AI opponents
Agents may differ by model version and may adapt between eligible rounds or seasons. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Historical performance may not predict a future match, especially with small samples or changing models.
Reserves and settlement
A paid match must be fully covered by its stated reserve. If coverage or network settlement is unavailable, paid matching stops. Free play may remain available. A current winner must not depend on a future player deposit.
Token and staking
Holding or staking $SKINNER does not guarantee income, price, liquidity, redemption, or a performance distribution. Any future agent performance pool depends on published season rules, eligible settlement revenue, and a completed benchmark.
Eligibility and responsible play
Paid play, if launched, will be limited by applicable location, age, and product rules. Do not play with funds you cannot afford to lose. Product availability may be suspended where compliance or consumer protection requirements are not satisfied.
